Twisted Rocker Panels

These side skirts are the cream of the crop. They are placed over your aero/gfx rockers. Simply cut out your rockers according to the template and attach them. Due to their length, the twisted rocker panels come as a 2-piece set per side including trimmed edges.

If you like your existing lower quarter panels, but you still wish to give your Fiero a slightly more sporty and aggressive look, then there are the Tapered Lower Moldings. With or without the Twisted Rocker Panels, your Fiero stands out from the rest in an elegant way . Come as a 2x3-piece set for the front fenders, doors and quarter panels.

WHICH GROUND EFFECTS FITS WHICH FIERO

Because the ground effects (aero body) never changed , they will therefore fit any Fiero. If you don't have an aero body, it is still possible to install the ground effects. Once you have the stock aero rocker panels and you have installed them, you can continue building the rest.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AERO & NON-AERO BODY

The Fiero came in different versions. There were the Fiero 84-88 coupe, 84-85 SE and 88 Formula which had no aero body (see photo A) and the Fiero Fastback GT, 86-87 SE, 85 GT and 84 Indy that did come with an aero body, also called a GFX package. (See photo B and C). They have lower body moldings and side skirts/rocker panels in silver or in the color of the car. These last things are important to know.

SIDE SCOOPS WITH MOLDED-IN LOWER MOLDINGS

In all of the Side Scoop panels I make, the aero/gfx lower body molding is molded-in. So you don't need this part (anymore). To get a nice blend from the scoops to the full side, install the aero/gfx lower fender and door moldings, or attach the sporty Tapered Scoop Effects, a tapered lower molding set, custom made for your side scoops (see ground effects/body parts).

SHIPPING COSTS OF TWISTED ROCKER PANELS

Because the length of the Twisted Rocker Panels exceeds the maximum for a normal shipment, I offer the choice of a one-piece set or a set in which each panel must be joined with fiberglass afterwards. In the latter case, dowel pins are provided on the panels.
